- Highest Qualification: Candidates from the batch of 2023 and 2024 with below mentioned courses:
- MBA in Human Resource / Master’s in Human Resource Management / Master’s of Arts in Human Resource
- Masters of Social Work in HRM / Masters of Management Studies in Human Resource Management
- Masters of Labour Studies (with specialization in Human Resource Management/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Labour Law)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management or equivalent courses.
- Backlogs/Arrears/ATKT: No backlogs/arrears/ATKT/Extended Education.
- Course/Education Type: Only full-time courses/Education will be considered. Will not consider part-time/correspondence courses.
- Work Experience: Candidates with work experience of up to 2 years are eligible to apply.
- Age: Minimum age – 18 years and maximum age – 28 years.

TCS HR Recruitment: Exam/Test Pattern & Details:
- Mode of test: TCS MBA HR Off Campus test would be scheduled in person in TCS offices. The test schedule would be communicated to the candidates on their registered email ID.
- Test Pattern: 90 minutes HR Subject test.

Step 3. Select your mode of test (In-centre) and choose your preferred test center & then click on ‘Apply’.
Step 4. To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application’. The status should reflect as ‘Applied For Drive’.
