Your Mission
As a DevOps Engineer on the Continuous Integration Team, you’ll architect and scale secure CI/CD pipelines that power Arctic Wolf’s award-winning cybersecurity solutions. Leverage your expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to build resilient systems that accelerate software delivery, enforce supply chain security, and ensure 24/7 reliability for mission-critical services.

Experience & Requirements
Languages: 5+ years of advanced scripting in Python, Go, or Bash for automation and tooling.
CI/CD Platforms: Expertise in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or similar systems.
Cloud & IaC: Mastery of AWS (EC2, EKS, S3, VPC, CloudFormation) and IaC tools like Terraform, AWS CDK.
Linux/Containers: Deep experience with Ubuntu/Amazon Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS.
Build Systems: Proficiency in Bazel, Make, npm/yarn, Maven, or equivalent frameworks
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Optimize CI/CD Infrastructure
Maintain and enhance Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Artifactory across multi-region AWS environments (EC2, EKS, S3).
Automate build, test, and deployment workflows using Bazel, Make, and Terraform to reduce cycle times by 30%+.
Secure artifact management with Nexus, ECR, and Artifactory, ensuring compliance with SLAs and cybersecurity standards.
Build Observability-Driven Systems
Implement metrics, logging (Prometheus, Thanos), and alerting (Grafana, AlertManager) for 99.9% uptime of CI/CD services.
Partner with the Observability team to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize resource allocation.
Pioneer Cloud-Native Solutions
Design IaC templates with Terraform, AWS CDK, and Packer to automate machine image creation and cluster scaling.
Containerize workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Amazon ECS for seamless deployment across hybrid environments.
Strengthen Cybersecurity Posture
Embed security into pipelines with automated vulnerability scanning, secret management, and zero-trust access controls.
Collaborate with SecOps teams to harden infrastructure against emerging threats (e.g., ransomware, zero-day exploits).
