Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer (Job ID: R-932), you will:
Design, deploy, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform & CloudFormation.
Build repeatable, CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Ansible.
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of our SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities
AWS Infrastructure & IaC
Define and manage infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation.
Architect solutions with EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, FSx, EKS, RDS, and more.
Server & System Administration
Perform patching, hardening, and automated tasks at scale for Windows & Linux servers.
Support Microsoft RDS/Terminal Services deployments.
CI/CD & Automation
Build pipelines for repeatable deployments using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible.
Integrate code quality, security scans (SAST/DAST), and artifact management.
Containerization & Orchestration
Deploy microservices in Kubernetes (EKS) or other orchestration platforms.
Implement scaling (Horizontal Pod Autoscaler), monitoring, and logging.
Monitoring & Optimization
Leverage New Relic, CloudWatch, CloudTrail to monitor, troubleshoot, and tune cloud applications.
Set up proactive alerts, dashboards, and performance baselines.
Security & Compliance
Apply AWS security best practices, IAM policies, and encryption.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal governance.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Partner with development, QA, and support teams to deliver robust solutions.
Evangelize DevOps best practices, conduct knowledge sharing, and drive process enhancements.
Qualifications & Required Skills
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: 4–5+ years in DevOps or cloud infrastructure roles.
Cloud Expertise:
Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EKS, RDS).
Serverless architecture design and implementation.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Hands-on with Terraform (primary) and/or CloudFormation.
Containerization & Orchestration:
Kubernetes (EKS) experience; familiarity with Helm charts is a plus.
CI/CD Tools:
Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Ansible for automation and pipeline management.
Monitoring & Analytics:
New Relic, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, or equivalent APM/log analytics tools.
Scripting:
Proficient in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation and tooling.
Systems Administration:
Strong Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat) and Windows server administration skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
