- Manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application deployments.
- Configure and manage monitoring and observability tools like NewRelic, Prometheus, Grafana to ensure system health and performance.
- Perform API load testing using tools such as JMeter and Postman to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Manage IAM permissions, ensuring robust security configurations for cloud resources.
- Oversee cloud networking, including DNS, VPN configurations, and other networking tasks.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services, working closely on API interactions, including with Large Language Models (LLMs) like ChatGPT, Bedrock.
- Provide support for database technologies including both relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Work with data streaming tools and platforms like Kafka, Superset, or BigQuery to support data-driven applications.
